14. Children's Data
Our Services are not intended for children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us for deletion.

16. Additional Disclosures for Hirism Chrome Extension
- Data Capture: The Hirism Sourcing Extension only captures candidate profile data (Name, Contact Details, Skills, and Experience) from supported third-party sites, when a user explicitly initiates an "Extract" or "Sync" action.
- Authentication: The extension accesses hirism.com cookies exclusively to verify the user's identity and securely transmit data to their private account. It does not read or share cookies from unrelated third-party websites.
- Permission Use: We use the activeTab and scripting permissions solely to perform data extraction as requested by the user. No data is collected in the background without user interaction.
- Limited Use: Hirism complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, trade, or use candidate data for advertising purposes.
